Easy 60 Day Exchange Policy

We make exchanges simple, just email us: service@bowtieclub.com Tell us either your name and invoice number and what "Ready to Ship" items you would like to send back and what new items you need.  We will then send you the new items along with a free mailer for your return items.

Exception: No returns or exchanges on face masks

 

Return Policy for "Ready to Ship" Items

We will gladly accept any return within 60 days of purchase. Item must be unworn in its original packaging.  Please include a copy of the invoice and a note explaining what needs to be refunded and send insured or with delivery confirmation to:

Return Policy for "Made To Order" Items (items we made specifically for you)

All "Made to Order" items can only be returned for defects in quality of fabric or workmanship within 60 days of purchase.  Please include a copy of the invoice and a note explaining the problem or defect and send insured or with delivery confirmation to:
